Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules and restrictions governing your use of the AIWA platform at aiwa.codes ("Platform") and all services provided through it. This policy applies to all users including free accounts, paid subscribers, agency clients, and team members.
By using AIWA, you agree to comply with this policy in full. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.

1. Prohibited Applications and Use Cases
You may not use AIWA to build, deploy, or distribute any application or content that:
1.1 Is Illegal or Facilitates Illegal Activity
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Facilitates fraud, money laundering, or financial crimes
- Facilitates the sale or distribution of illegal goods or substances
- Infringes intellectual property rights including copyright, trademark, or patent rights
- Constitutes illegal gambling, unauthorised financial services, or unregulated securities offerings
- Violates consumer protection or data protection laws in any jurisdiction where your application is made available
1.2 Is Harmful or Malicious
- Contains or distributes malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code
- Is designed to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to computer systems or networks
- Harvests personal data from users without their knowledge or consent
- Is designed to deceive users or misrepresent its purpose
- Contains phishing mechanisms or is designed to steal credentials or financial information
- Exploits or harms minors in any way
1.3 Is Hateful, Abusive, or Exploitative
- Promotes, glorifies, or facilitates violence against any person or group
- Contains hate speech targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any individual
- Contains or distributes non-consensual intimate imagery
- Exploits, abuses, or endangers children in any form
1.4 Involves Deceptive or Manipulative Practices
- Intentionally spreads misinformation or disinformation
- Creates fake identities, fake reviews, or fake social proof at scale
- Operates automated bots or spam systems targeting other platforms or users
- Manipulates public opinion through coordinated inauthentic behaviour
- Creates deepfakes or synthetic media intended to deceive or harm specific individuals
1.5 Violates Privacy
- Collects, stores, or processes personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws including GDPR where applicable
- Enables unauthorised surveillance or tracking of individuals
- Scrapes or aggregates personal data from third-party platforms in violation of their terms
- Builds tools designed to identify or expose individuals without their consent
2. Platform Usage Restrictions
In addition to content restrictions, you may not use AIWA in the following ways:
2.1 Misuse of Platform Resources
- Deliberately generating excessive API requests to overload our systems or consume disproportionate resources
- Using automated scripts, bots, or tools to interact with our Platform in ways not intended or permitted
- Attempting to bypass credit limits, usage caps, or access controls through technical means
- Creating multiple accounts to accumulate free credits or circumvent restrictions
2.2 Reverse Engineering and Unauthorised Access
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of AIWA's Platform, AI models, or proprietary systems
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without authorisation
- Attempting to gain access to accounts, data, or systems belonging to other users
- Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform
2.3 Resale and Sublicensing
- Reselling access to AIWA's Platform or Services to third parties without our prior written permission
- Building a competing AI application builder using AIWA's infrastructure, systems, or outputs
- Representing AIWA-generated output as a custom-developed product when selling services, without disclosing that AI generation was used where legally required
2.4 Misrepresentation
- Impersonating AIWA, our team, or any other person or entity
- Falsely claiming any affiliation with AIWA for commercial or reputational gain
- Submitting false or misleading information to our support team or legal channels
3. AI Prompt and Input Guidelines
When using AIWA's AI generation features, you agree not to:
- Input personal data of third parties into prompts without their consent, including names, contact details, financial data, or health information
- Attempt to manipulate the AI system through prompt injection or jailbreaking techniques designed to circumvent safety guidelines
- Use prompts designed to extract proprietary information about AIWA's systems, models, or infrastructure
- Input confidential business information, trade secrets, or legally privileged content belonging to third parties
You are responsible for the content of your prompts and the applications you build with the output. AIWA's AI generation is a tool. How you use it is your responsibility.
4. Deployed Application Standards
When you deploy an application built with AIWA to a live URL, custom domain, or app store, you take on the responsibilities of an application operator. You must ensure that applications you deploy:
- Comply with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction where they are accessible
- Have a clear and accurate privacy policy if they collect any personal data from end users
- Have terms of service governing end user relationships
- Do not deceive end users about the nature, purpose, or functionality of the application
- Comply with the terms of any app store or distribution platform through which they are distributed
- Are not used for any purpose prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy
AIWA is not responsible for applications deployed by users. You are solely responsible for the applications you build and operate using our Platform.
5. Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behaviour on our Platform that appears to violate this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us at [email protected] with as much detail as possible including:
- The nature of the violation
- Any relevant account information or URLs
- A description of the harm or potential harm
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. We may not be able to disclose the outcome of investigations for privacy or legal reasons.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Investigate any suspected violation of this policy
- Remove or disable access to any content or application that violates this policy
- Suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this policy
- Report violations to law enforcement authorities where appropriate
- Take legal action against users who cause harm to AIWA, other users, or third parties through misuse of our Platform
The severity of our response will depend on the nature and seriousness of the violation. We may act immediately without warning for serious violations, particularly those involving illegal activity, harm to minors, or security threats.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, services, or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
